On Thursday, October 6 at 6:00 PM Madison police officer Corey Saffold will speak about “The Paradox of Being a Black Police Officer in Today’s Society.” The event is co-sponsored by Active McFarland and the McFarland Public Library and will be held in the community room of the library at 5920 Milwaukee St.

Fifth Citizens’ Audit of Dane County Election Results

Join the Wisconsin Election Integrity Action Team on Saturday morning, August 10, as they display of digital ballot images (actual cast ballots) and a technique recommended by President Obama’s Commission on Election Integrity to verify the computer-tabulated election results in the August 9 primary.

Starting at 10 AM, at Bethel Lutheran Church, 312 Wisconsin Avenue, Madison, anyone who stops in will be able to count votes along with the auditors in a demonstration of what valid, transparent post-election audits would be like.
